I first discovered Emerald Warers and Duane in January 2024. I was stationed in Illinois and storm damage hit my property in Navarre. It started with a fence replacement. When filing a claim for roof damage, my insurance company initially only approved a partial repair. However, thanks to Duane's extensive experience working storm damage claims, he was able to get the company to approve a full roof replacement. That cemented my trust in him and his company. That's why he was the first and only person I called when I decided to do some home repairs and upgrades (this time while I was in the process of moving to Washington DC). Duane and his team of professionals handled everything...from landscaping to painting, new flooring, and a new driveway.
